Salanova Green Butter Lettuce

Salanova is growing in popularity as one of the highest quality lettuces available.  It’s dense rosette heads with attractive, thin, supple leaves is only matched by it’s delicious smooth, rich taste and pleasant crunch.

Leaves are darker green, and more upright growing, than then other Green Butter Lettuce. Heads have a round base with open leaves. Delicate, buttery flavor. Great for whole head or in salad mix. Pairs nicely with a Red Salanova.
